THE MANUFACTURED HOME LENDING SOURCE: We are a team of seasoned professionals not just lenders.  We have a network of experienced manufactured home experts at our disposal that encompass the full range of the loan process---from appraisers to contractors to engineers.  We are truly a one-stop shop to your lending solutions.    If we can't get you the loan you need, we'll let you know right up front!

All of our loan officers are registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (Registry), a database established by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators to support the licensing of mortgage loan originators by the States. As part of this registration process, mortgage loan originators must furnish to the Registry background information and fingerprints for a background check. The S.A.F.E. Act generally prohibits employees of an agency-regulated institution from originating residential mortgage loans without first registering with the Registry.  Even though this unique identifying number for each loan originator is not required until July 2010, all our loan officers meet current requirements.

WHO WE ARE NOT!

FAST TALKER LENDING: The other guys offer promises, promises and no results! Most loan officers look at a manufactured home mortgage loan as a nuisance loan. Too much work and not enough commission! So, don't be surprised if the loan officer fails to give you his full attention or he blames his inefficiency on "surprise" compliance guidelines. Actually, the guidelines are pretty clear-cut---the only real surprise is the lender's lack of understanding and knowledge about the loan product he is supposed to represent.
